1. Information we may collect about you
We may collect and process the following data about you:
1.1 information that you provide by filling in forms on www.rhodmcewangolf.com (Site). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Site, using our services or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information if you report any problems with the Site;
1.2 if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence;
1.3 we may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them;

1.7 Customer uploaded files are automatically deleted from our systems after 30 days.

This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual. This information will be deleted after 12 months.

4.1 All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions are processed and encrypted by our third party payment providers WorldPay. Rhod McEwan Golf Classics does not store your card details for any reason. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your passwords with anyone.
4.2 Please note that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Site; any transmission is at your own risk.
